Orders are normally shipped out within two business days (Monday – Friday) of order placement via UPS. During November, December and other peak holiday periods, we may require several days to process and ship your order due to heavy volume.
We offer three shipping options:
UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. Shipping charges vary based on the destination and weight of your package, as well as shipping speed. If you would like an estimated shipping cost for a particular order, please contact our Catering Department at 212-452-0690.
UPS only delivers to physical street addresses and will not deliver to a Post Office Box. We do not ship to Canada or any other locations outside of the continental United States, as these orders usually take much longer to arrive and cannot be tracked.
It is typically at the UPS driver’s discretion whether or not to deliver a package without a signature. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to confirm that the recipient or another responsible party will be available to receive, open and properly store your order, as we are not responsible for items that have been delivered but were not opened and stored in a timely manner. If a shipping order arrives damaged, please contact our Catering Department immediately, and be sure to save all boxes and packaging materials, and keep the product refrigerated if necessary.
We do not recommend shipping perishable items and reserve the right to deny shipment of items we feel are too perishable or fragile for shipment. All orders containing perishable food or merchandise will be shipped UPS Next Day Air to guarantee quality and freshness.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided to us, or if the shipping address is incomplete in any way (missing apartment number, dorm number, room number, mailbox number, etc.), there shall be a $10.00 UPS package intercept and re-routing fee if the package has not yet been delivered. If the package has been delivered and a Pick-Up, Return or Re-delivery is needed, additional charges will apply.
